Agent Onboarding - $25

-Introduce you to our team, as well as our processes.
-Gather necessary information from you, to allow us to access your document management and compliance portals.
-Give you the opportunity to tell us  the way you like to run your real estate business, and how we can serve you best.
-Sign our agreement to allow us to take on your first 3 contracts with us, to work out any kinks or details.

Listing & Contract to Close - $400

-RealTracs MLS Creation
-Order Staging Photos & Add to Listing Once Received
-Have All Listing Documents Signed in a Timely Manner
-Create "Coming Soon" Social Media Post (if wanted)
-Contract to Close Process (see C2C tab for full details)

Listing Creation Only - $100

-RealTracs MLS Creation
-Order Staging Photos & Add to Listing Once Received
-Have All Listing Documents Signed in a Timely Manner
-Create "Coming Soon" Social Media Post (if wanted)

Contract Cancellation -$75

-First cancellation will be at no cost - we understand these things happen.
-Second Cancellation (and any thereafter) will have a $75 Cancellation Fee.  This will help cover the cost of the time and work that was put in prior to cancellation.

Contract to Close - $300

-Once Contract is Bound, the Process Begins
-Create "Under Contract" Social Media Post (if wanted)
-Review All Documents for Necessary Signatures
-Start Email Engagement with Client(s) and All Other Parties Involved (including Title, Cooperating Agent, and Lender)
-Add Important Dates to Realtor Calendar
-Manage Milestones
-Schedule Home Inspection with Company of Choice
-Order Home Warranty (if necessary)
-Gather Septic Permits (if necessary)
-Obtain All Utility Information for your client(s)
-Communicate Final Walk Through with Client(s) and Agents
-Maintain Communication with ALL Parties Involved to Ensure Everything Is On Track
-Communicate Closing Date and Time to Title
-Request Client Reviews After Closing
-Create "Sold" Social Media Post (if wanted)

doc prep & compliance only - $100

-We will simply prepare all necessary documents required by your brokerage, send them out to all parties to be signed, and submit them for review and acceptance upon receiving fully executed documents.
-The standard compliance documents typically consist of the following:
**Buyer Representation Agreement/Exclusive Right to Sell   
            (this should be signed prior to going under contract).
**Affiliated Business Disclosure
**Wire Fraud Warning
**Disclaimer Notice
**Property Condition Disclosure/Exemption
**Confirmation of Agency
**Lead Based Paint Disclosure (if applicable)
**Personal Interest Disclosure (if applicable)
**Compensation Agreement
**Any other documents required and/or requested by your brokerage.
-Once all documents have been approved, we will not handle any other details pertaining to the transaction.  We consider this an "a la carte" service and can discuss other options as needed.
